Civic woes
My 2003 honda civic has done something very weird.. I was driving in heavy traffic stop and go for 30min and all of a sudden the radio started soundy funky. I decided to shut the car of and restart it. Bad idea it would not start there was not canking power and to make matters worse there was not even enough power to roll up the windows. I gave it a jump start and then everything was fine.. Which was weird I thought the alt was shot for sure. After driving for 15 min the batt was fully charged and ever since then (3 days ago) the car has been fine. Any ideas?

You might have Short in Brake light Circuit?? Check bulbs (look for broken and or water in lense and feel around for hot wire in rear hatch area and on light covers.
Also some Alternators don't charge very well at low RPMS like in Stop and Go??
