How ugly can you make your 944!
This is one of the ugliest things I've seen done to a 944.
Check it out! |
I dont think it looks that bad. Looks a little akward, but its not ricey.
that's a swiss (?) hatch glass delete body kit. i've seen that before.
At least it's not a golf ball retriever like the mega diss Jesse James laid on the 944.
doesn't look half bad..
i think it's cheaper than the $3000 it costs to replace the hatch glass if it breaks. :)
eww that is none too pretty
I don't think it's that bad. Is the hatch from a Honda Del Sol??
I like it. Of course that might have something to do with the fact, I was trying to take a crappy paint job of my factory spoiler yestorday in 95 degree heat. fun. fun.
Yea i have seen those for sale before. The ones I have seen are going for $1400.

Call me old fashioned, but the idea of making a car look like a cross between a Honda DeSol and a Fiero is the last thing on my things to do list. That is the main difference between the Japanese cars and cars like the 944.......The Japanese cars don't have any style or character.

You know what they say...One man's beast is another's beauty.
Hey, on the flip side....this is one way to fix the never ending endcap breaking problem with the poorly designed luggage cover assembly!!!!!!!! LOL
BTW. My Dad is reproducing the endcaps for me out of Mylar (virtually indestructable plasitc type compound). Hopefully I will never have to replace them again and get a good working cover assembly in the end!!! Would anyone else be interested? Know of anyone that might be intrested? |
i'm sure there are many interested. :) sign me up.
I think it looks rice. My wife thinks the same.
It's not that bad, but i wouldn't do it. I was thinking that it would be cool to put a rear decklid where the hatch is and install a vertical window at the piller 914 style.
I guess his hatch wont' squeak.
