924S Heat Reduction
Hey, I have an 87 924s that has had some overheating issues. With a new water pump, timing belt already done w/in 2 yrs. Are there any performance modifications that I can do to reduce heat? Could I install additional/larger fans or a better radiator? Thanks.

How old is the Rad? Start with a cool car/motor Start it up and see how the Rad heats up. if it is spotty or only a small section warms up you have a clogged rad. Time for a re-core/new one. I have had this happen on other 944s and you will find a gray grit in the rad clogging it. Other than that when was the last time you did a thermostat? Are you sure that you dont have a small leak in the system? Have you got all the air out of the cooling system? Was it properly burped/bled?
