I thought about that but the "advanced auto tech" kids had already yanked the radiator to assess the damage. The whole top of the tank was busted out from the upper radiator mounts.
The killer would have been the steady stream of transmission fluid since the transmission cooler lines had been unbolted.
I really wish they had left it as is. Since I didn't do the disassembly the new installation was a lot tougher for me to figure out. They also lost the crush washers for the banjo bolts on the transmission cooler return line. Thank God I saved some of the old parts from the fuel pump change, they were the same size and sealed up just fine.
