Light Signal Codes

Does anyone know what the light signal codes are... i know the speed of normal operation. i know that if its faster it means a bulb is out... but...here's the one i dont know

Super slow .. as in.. long [ < > ] lit up.. then quick off then back to a long light.
yet sometimes its fast...

i know i should go out and just change the bulbs..but i want to know regardless so for future ref.

bad ground? bad relay? delayed gratification?
