Sliders on climate control not working
 

I dont think my sliders are working on my climate control unit...

Slide the top one to the left or right and nothing changes, same with the bottom one..

What could be the issue?

Secondly the heat is VERY hot until a point then its nice and cold.. its not as varied as my other cars.. meaning if i turn heat down it gets Gradually colder rather than hot.. and then all of a sudden cold.

I have those plastic clips to replace.. P.O gave me those.. but would that cause this issue.. or is it something else.. i have a few other climate control units if need be...

Ahh.. how bout the Power of the fan... the fan turns on..but 4 is no harder than lets say 2...

any ideas?
