Guys how much should I expect to pay to have my head reworked.

a good shrink is $70 per hour.

I was quoted $70 for milling flat and $30 for valve seals and guides, but I heard most people end up paying double this... so I would say somewhere around $200

$200 ??? That assumes you have no bent valves. All new vlaves will run you an additional $400.
