968 won't start

Need info on 968 diagnostics and do not have a Bosch hammer.
The motor turns over but will not start. Switched out the ECU on another car yesterday, and prooved it is good. There is no spark or fuel pump operation. I tried another DME relay(used), and same thing.
Is there info on testing the hall sensor and speed sensors anywhere?
Any help would be appreciated.

You can test the flywheel sensor with an oscilloscope.

The hall sensor is not used until the car is running (to identify which cylinder is creating a knock).

You can check for injector pulse with a noid light.

Hey George:

We have to stop meeting like this. I'm still trying to get things in order. Thanks for the help. Maria says hello.
