Slight miss

I searched the forum but have not found the problem I am having. The car idles pretty smooth, accelerates very well (your over 5K rpm before you realize it) but has a nagging little miss when cruising down the road. It is not much but just enough that you notice something is not quite right. I have had the problem since I got the car. When I bought it, the plugs, wires, distributor and rotor were shot. They are all new now. Timing belt and balance belt have been replaced. New head gasket/valve job finished last weekend and replaced all the front oil seals, oil/water sep seals, drivers side balance shaft seals. I have not checked/cleaned the injectors or checked any of the other sensors(AFM, TPS). Anyone solved this problem?

Thanks!

Rusty
