Front engine seal kits

Does this kit come with the races i want for the balance shaft, im trying to get everything in one package, if anyone would happen to have a link to a front enginne seal kit that includes everything i need to freshen up a high milage car, and is good quality parts, you would be much appreciated, thanks, Josh

The picture shows that it does, but the description says just the seals. Price seems kind of low. I know I paid $100 for all 3 races.
Might want to call them to verify.
