New to 951 World
Hi everyone:
Just introducing myself. Tomorrow, I pick up my 'new to me" '87 944 Turbo. I come from here the 986 world b/c my 01S's engine is suffering from a degrading IMS chain rail. Happy to be here. My first Porsche was a '78 924, which I carbureted and had to leave behind when I moved from Florida to California many years ago. Best Thom]

California car.....good start. '87 has some suspension upgrades from '86 (early car). You'll hopefully, enjoy the educational aspects of the turbo vs the NA types. Read everything you can find on the 951.
