84 Factory Alarm System
 
Hi, Does anyone know how long the horn should blow when a door is opened with the factory alarm turned on? I mistakenly opened the door with it armed and the horn sounded once. 84 944 all original. Thanks, Ralph

Does anyone know what controls the horn in the alarm system? Is the circuitry for it in the Shop Manual?

If you have the complete set of Porsche Factory manuals for the 944, then YES, the circuitry information for the alarm, and it's associated components, are shown in detail.
