Anyone from here coming??

The entire weekend is a great time, even if you're just there to hang out and watch. As a comitted track junkie I wouldn't miss this one. Lots of seat time for $180 bucks. Nelson Ledges is a great track for beginners; only a couple hard braking zones and only one tight/twisty/technical spot, everything else is pretty straight forward. Since the instructors will all have 944's as well, you'll have some good experience to learn from.
If anyone's on the fence about this event GET OFF AND REGISTER! |
Need ~10 people to sign up and secure the dyno....

Less than a month away. Hope to see some of you guys out there.

I think I'll be there. Not sure I'll be able to drop $180 on the track, but not sure I'd be able to go there and NOT run the track either.
Is there any cheaper packages. One time trip around the track? Or any thoughts on the $180 deal? Is it worth it? How close is this track to the Nelson Ledges Quarry where the hippies all hang? |
The track is $180 for 5 x 30 min sessions with an instructor. If you just want a ride around the track, just register to come and I am sure one of the experienced drivers will be happy to take you out on one of their sessions.
The track is right down the street from the quarry. I think there is some kind of concert there the same weekend as the 944Fest. |
