Camshaft Oil seal Question
Hi, there is a small oil seal that sits between the cam housing & the back of the cam bearing case that the camshaft pulley sits it. The seal seems to block a hole in the cam housing face. Does anyone know why that hole is there...does not seem to go from/to anywhere. Blocked mine with sealer & put engine back together...now not sure I should have done that ? Thanks
