Front Bumper Pull Suggestions

Owned this '88 944 for about 3 years. Several months ago I rear ended a Minivan who couldn't bother to use a turn signal. Nobody was hurt but my 944 has been sitting in my garage, not able to start with a pushed in front bumper and bent frame rail.
I have not started because the radiator hose is jammed against the alternator pulley fins and the air box was pushed back far enough to pull the air flow vane away from the intake.

Now that school is winding down I have plenty of time to do some work to the car.
I would love to pull the bumper out, spray some paint and get it back out on the road.

Here are some options that I have come up with on pulling the bumper and straightening the frame rail.

1)Pay a katrillion dollars to a shop to have them put the car on a frame rig and straighten everything out.
dont know exactly how much this would cost, I'm guessing 4 hours @$75/hr + towing etc
this would certainly be the easiest and best looking fix, but probably most expensive
2)anchor the car to the big tree in the front yard and use something to pull it
a puller would either be a pickup truck or a rented hydraulic pull
3)Re-route the radiator hose, reconnect air flow vane get it started. Tie bumper to the big tree in the front yard, put it in reverse and hope for the best
Cheapest setup cost, most dangerous
4) sell it for parts :(

it looks like the only part of the frame that is bent is the the front section in front of the axle. I should have a copy of the frame dimensions somewhere and I will compare measurements against the blueprint when I find It.

What do you think? Im looking for some advice on the best way to tackle this.

Frame rail = very strong... I don't think ypu'd budge it without some kind of hydraulics and something to anchor the car to (ie a frame straightening jig at a shop)

The other alternative is cutting out the bent and welding in a straight chunk from a another car. If you have a welder and some skill this can be done at home. This may also be what a shop would do. Also looks like you'd need some other parts - maybe the cheapest to buy one thats been wrecked in the rear or side and get all parts at once.

Looks like #1 and #4 is the only options you have right now or get buddy at a junk yard and a cutter/welder. Lesson learned, never get up someones rear in traffic and be alert all the time.

Cheers,
Larry

Replace bent/broken parts with used - straighten frame rail back to specs with two 3# hammers - or cut and weld frame rail with used.

If you go with the hammer straight method back the bent area with plate steel as this area will be work hardened and not as strong/tough as orig. Backing plate may be screwed/bolted/welded.

Any bent parts on the outside will never look good again unless replaced with good used or new parts.

I drove my 944 into a tire wall on the track. I got lucky in that the only damage was the lower radiator frame move back 2-3 inches. The front frame was fine. I pushed out the dents the fender, front header and the pushed the radiator frame back into place.

Car looks fine.
