Horn wiring question

If I understand correctly basically the horn sounds when the relay gets grounded. The metal strip on the turn/wiper assembly gets shorted to ground when you push the pad on the steering wheel, is that correct?

If so can anyone tell me what color wire in the plug is the one for the horn gound?

should be a brown w/white stripe for the neg horn trigger at the steering column, at the relay the 12v+ output is black w/yellow stripe.
use a multi-meter to confirm....
