That looks like it would work. I went with these to keep my drinks out of the way.

Sorry to decieve you Dave but it pass the test ( Wind tunnel, both windows down, sitting at the TIM & ON THE ROAD ) nothing end up anywhere ,Your's are nices stogie I was looking at them that was my initial solution but since I can't keep my brain at idle to long and din't want any visible one I went with the hide & seek type plus they're dirt cheap and easy to fabe.Dave also has a good idea, but with a little more fabe behind it.Anyway the idea of this forum is just that, having Porsche owners coming up with (SOLUTIONS) from engine rebuilt to cups holders love this place.&Red Baron the recipes will be coming shortly.

I just bought a wedge cupholder for under 10 dollars, and it fits perfectly beside the passenger seat. Doesn't look as professional, though.

Never mind the pro side of it it's your car if they do the job that the main thing.Ok what I did is I had two old cupholders sitting in my garage, measure the higth from bottom of the console & the cover, cut the cupholders try them on for fit with the cover close, tinted them & install small trims on the upper parts and use a good quality double sided adhesive tape to fasten them down .
