Porsche Crest 944/968 Hatch-Spoiler Question

Can I remove the spoiler off my 944S hatch glass and simply
bolt on all the components off a 968 spoiler on my original glass
hatch? Is the glass itself different? Is the swap possible?

There are no mounting points for the center trim piece. You can fabricate simple brackets with some aluminum flat bar. The jist of what you need is rougly a 1.5"x1" piece with a slight bend in it and two holes drilled on either end. Hard to explain without pictures, but basically you want to use the recessed holes inthe frame for the stok spoiler to mount a longer bracket for the center trim. If you look on RL there is a thread with detailed pictures of a 968 hatch frame so you can get an idea of what you need.

I made some nice brackets for my friends '85 but unfortunatley never took pictures of it. It's not very difficult though.
Otherwise it is a direct fit. Make sure you get all 3 trim pieces.
