Will early 944 belly pan fit my 85.5?
I have a line on an early 944 belly pan, and need to know if it will fit my 85.5. Anybody?

I suspect it will,
You may need to make some mods to pull it off. (Ie drill and extra hole or two) The pan needs to mount to the lower radiator support in front and to the cross member in the rear. The two side plates can be removed. I cut them off years ago to make room for brake cooling hoses.

I had one on my late 944 Spec car. The rear holes line right up, and I was able to make the front work. The side wings have no where to hook up, but are not needed, and can be removed, as Joe mentioned.
