This is old news. It's been around for a while. As I recall it is in Sweden or something. The people who built it did so because of the high insurance prices. When I originally saw the pic it said that the insurance on a car in Sweden (if that IS where it is from) was like 200% higher than on a truck. Technically that vehicle is a truck, by their standards. I think it is an interesting concept, but nothing to be replicated on a large scale.
