2.5 versus 2.7 bellhousing?
are they the same? We are having a clutch release issue after swapping a 2.7 into a 944 that originally had a 2.5...

Mine worked
Hi ,shouldn't be a problem mine all worked,fitted 2.5 manual bell housing to 2.7 auto motor ,its a straight forward bolt up job,I found my old clutch was good as my 2.5 had a low mileage anyway
 .All I had to do was repack thrust bearing as it was a little "dry",inspect ,clean and relube clutch release lever needle rollers and refit. |
