Automatic to 5sp
OK I have two cars. One auto(87) and the other 5speed(86). The 86 is totalled but everything works. The car is bent bad and has been written off by the insurance co..
I want to swap all the running gear from the 86 to the 87 and convert it to a 5 speed. Is the ECU different from between the two?

No,, the DME is the same. I have done 4 conversions from auto to 5-sp. If you need any advice, please let me know.

Highly recommended (unless you're constantly stuck in bumper to bumper hours on end).
