S2 camber settings

Hi anybody know what the camber setting are supposed to be for an 89 S2 front wheels ?

And do u set them with the wheels off the ground or the weight of the car on them ?I have a camber gauge and would like to set them with the wheels off the car with suspension fully extended going against the brake disc ,as it is easier

Is this possible ?

Thanks Mark

I set mine with the wheels off of the ground on jackstands and loading up the control arms with a jack to have a similar result as it being on the ground. Wheels were off the car for easier access to getting to the settings.
I would think that having the wheels in a position of everyday driving would be better than setting the camber with the wheels fully extended. Just a thought as I'm by no means an expert on this but know enough to be dangerous to myself and others.

Worked great and I'm running about -2.5 degrees for the front with the stock remaining where they are.
I may back down to just -1.5 or -2.0 as a final setting for the street.

Ok thanks was thinking of doing it like that ,i take it u put the camber gauge against the brake disc?

As for settings do not get problems with tyre wear at -2.5 .looking round the net - 3/4 deg is standard dont mind a bit more ,but dont want wearing tyres

Thanks again Mark
