944 Turbo shuddering brake pedal

After changing the 2 calipers and discs, the brake pedal when pressed still shudders. Any ideas what I should try next???

If you did the front brakes, then check the back brakes

What do you mean by "shudders"? Did you change the fronts or the rears? Did you change the pads as well? Is it the "abs" being triggered (assuming you have ABS?)

if you feel the pedal pulsate any time brakes are depressed fairly hard or soft, its your rotors. Measure them to see if they are out of round, if you have abs, this could also be part of the problem, no abs, find some known good used rotors and swap and drive, or buy brand new ones
