What does this mean?

When I'm in any gear around 1500-2000 RPM going about 20-30 MPH, when I push on or left off the accelerator, the car bucks/bounces. I'm not sure what the correct term is but if feels like it jumps back an forth a bit.

Also, is it normal to get a little bit of a clunk when you switch to any gear. I also noticed that the car seems to slope, very slightly, downward to the left when looking at it from the back.

My first guess would be the AFM needs to be repaired:
The "tracks" are worn.
Air Flow Meter (AFM) Operation and Testing

The "slope" could be the rear suspension is off or the shocks are shot on the drivers side.

It could be the clutch rubber centre going, though that would make the car buck under acceleration/deceleration at more or less any RPM. When mine went I could make the car stop bucking if I put a few revs on and slipped the clutch when changing up and depressed the clutch when slowing down. Mine was bad when I bought it so not sure whether it gets progressively worse or starts doing it this badly as soon as it goes.

The way to test for a bad clutch is get underneath the car at the back, remove the rubber cover on the bottom of the bell housing at the front of the transaxle and try to rotate the shaft. If it rotates the clutch centre has failed. Can't remember who on here told me this but it definitely helped in diagnosing the problem - I was taking ages trying to convince myself it was something else. This made me face the truth.
