Door panel interchange question
Does anyone know if a newer style (post 85.5) door panel will fit in an older (pre 1985) 944 without changing the dashboard?
Or better said, can I use the newer style door panels with the older style dashboard? Max.

Not really. The switch plugs and such are diffrent also IIRC. Back when I had an 84 DD and an 86 turbo parts car I looked into it and it wouldn't fit or even look that good.

I'll stick to my old panels then...maybe give them just a little face lift.
