Used this to help see TDC OT mark

check it out didnt have a light to see what was going on so i fashioned this one out of kebab sticks ans an old phone charger and pulled apart one of my kids play tourches.

Had to photo shop some lines in to show ya what it looks like in there with the light cause i took the photo with my phone

Good looking idea there, but you are going to owe your kids big time for their parts.

I have a small/tiny flash light that is about 2" long and 1/2" wide (Uses 1 AAA batt.) I have duct taped to a Clothes Hanger Wire that also works for just this purpose.

Keep up the good ideas...

Nice thinking, J. Keep at it!

I would have lost the bolt from my speed sensor if it hadn't been for a special narrow magnet-on-stick created by my 13-year old son. Got into tighter places than mine would have done.

Mind you: he's pretty well always convinced his ideas are better than mine!

LOL, way to make it work with what you have on hand, guys!
Now go to the auto parts store and buy a skinny snake light and a telescoping wand magnet.

Timmay,

cost me nothing to make, which means i can spend more on the car, plus in australia something that should cost $2 in the states would cost me $15 after every greedy middle man gets incontact with it before the customer.

I think I used either a white out pen, or a very thin paint brush and hit the OT line so that way I can easily tell where the mark is. Works very well. When I re-tension my belts, I will take a picture
