parts score/ AC compressor rebuild
Craigslist find for today, $50. Glass, seals alternator, starter, wiper motor, window regulator, bumper shocks, fuel line, hoses, misc. Not a bad score if any of it bench tests OK.
Anybody know where to get parts for an early AC compressor rebuild (seals & bearings) ? Mines bad (leaking) and I may as well play with this one first as a winter project. Does anyone around Chicagoland want a beat up set of door cards / rear panels in brown? I'm tossing them, but could probably be used as templates if someone needed them.
