Weltmeister Spring Spacer Installation

I have a pair of Weltmeister 200lb springs that I am installing on the car with my new Konis. Do the spring spacers (CS-900) install at the bottom with the spring perch or at the top with the spring hat? Also is there anything special I should do when I install these?

Thanks!

The Weltmaster springs I installed were for 350# and two inch drop and I only wanted one inch down. I installed the Weltmaster Spacers on the spring perch. If your spacers look the same as mine they are somewhat of a triangle in cross-section with the smaller side down on the perch and the spring resting on the broader side...This left me with still 1 1/4" down as the spacer only made up for 3/4" overall only. You would only need the spacer if they are drop springs and the drop is to much. On the rear wishbone I was able to get it down by 3/4" which still leaves the car not level (Higher in the back)...I still have to work on this.

Thanks for the advice. I installed them on the spring perch. Also, the Weltmeister springs are installed with the writing upside down (according to them.)
