FYI Permatex Anaerobic Sealant
aka the loctite 574 alternative for engine girdle.
NAPA carries it, but not on the shelves. it's in the back room

O'Reilly's has it on the shelf. Works great, I used it to seal threads on an oil filter relocation kit that kept leaking.

I used the Permatex equivalent for sealing my oil pump. It leaked afterwards. I resealed it with the correct Loctite 574 and it is now bone dry.
