200 rpm signal, CCA Battery

I have been reading about some of the people having low volt from battey. So i am thinking that your battery spec for cold cranking amps should be somewhat high in order for dme to fire a signal when 200 rpm range hits. So is this correct? just thinking out loud here. Thanks

Cold crank amps on the proper sized battery should never be an issue if your battery and charging system are good
