Anyone else??? Fly944 knows some fun roads on that side of town, we went tooling around today with a buddy of his that had a BMW 735 w/ a 5sp....anyone else want to have some fun like this.... That's Chris's sweet '86 NA with no cracks in the dash (not very common in Fl) This is his bud hangin it out in the corner...
We were driving around in the 'central florida alps' just north of Clermont Fl. Here's a pic of the cars on top of Sugarloaf Mtn....

To all those saying...'that aint no mountain!!!' Sorry... it's all we get down here, but i can tell you one thing... it's still fun.

I have a Sony Mavica FD-91, 1024x768 w/ 14x optical zoom, 20x optical w/ 1.4 extender attached, uses 3.5 floppy's for 'film', also does mpegs.... it's a great camera, maybe you can find one discontinued, but I kinda doubt it... i got it from best buy when they first came out.... eez bad azz

The Jetta is like a 944 in the respect that it has a higher torque in the upper rpms. All in all it is an ok car. But I want a 944 more than anything else. Bob, tell me a little more about that camera. Does it use memory sticks at all or only floppies?

this model is only 3.5 floppys, newer ones are higher res and need the memory stick, i bought mine because of the lens first, 3.5 floppy 2nd (i love bein able to use any computer) other features were cool, mpegs are cool, camera cost over 900 new about 2.5 yrs ago plus 140 for the 1.4 extender. 20x optical zoom is awsome, most digital cameras are like 2x-3x....

Thumbs up

Hey guys! I'm kind of new to this board, signed on to find out I had a DME relay problem on my 86 944NA (61K), FIXED!. Anyway, I'm down here in Ft. Myers and would like to hook up with you on these drives sometime when I'm up visiting friends. I like the pics and discussion. Before I got my 944 7 years ago I had a 630 CSI '77 4spd w/Bilsteins, 84 GTI convertible and still have an 88 Fox beater (just repalced the timingb and wpump last weekend). Jeff
