Last of my Leaks?
Hopefully, the last one is now fixed. This is all that was left of the gasket between the gear carrier and end cover on my tranny

Yeah, paper gasket. I bought the whole tranny kit that has all the seals and gaskets. I'm pulling the transaxle out to replace the engine RMS. I pressure washed everything under there so when I get at it, I'll be able to find everything. Really looking forward to this project (not).

Yeah, it's messy. It hasn't been too bad a job - it's taken me a while as I don't have a lot of spare time. The car went up on stands back in May
![]() Original job was to repair the fuel tank and replace all the old hoses, then the WYIAT's started. Clutch, RMS, pilot bearing, new shifter (and foam gasket) and when I cleaned up the tranny case it began leaking. So much crud it'd plugged the leak ![]() Just waiting on a fuel hose (15mm id ???) from the UK and the tank and tranny can go back in. She'll be back on the road until the next job (new rotors, refirb calipers - and paint job, new braided lines) ![]() Cheers,
