Where to find fender liner hardware?

There are several plastic nuts and a complicated little washer in the fender liners, and the same hardware is used on the side skirts on a 951. Anyone know where to buy new ones?

From Illustration 802-220 in the 944/2 PET, it looks like the side skirts are held on in part by these plastic nuts:
