Wiring harness
Does anyone know of anybody who makes new wiring harnesses for a 1986, 944 NA? Mine is old and a previous owner has butchered it completely. I realize it will not be easy to change but so much nicer when done!

I don't know if anyone does that. The local dealership had a Cayman dropped off after some rats ate up some of the wires in the car and a new harness took over a month and had to be custom ordered. I see wiring harnesses (used) on ebay occasionally. That's would be my approach if I were dealing with this issue. Haynes manual has the wire schematics but you need to break the color codes as they're referenced in German. Outside of that, not too hard.
