Strut spacer 823-412-365
Took apart my struts to replace the inserts and come to find there were no spacers in mine. They're proving nearly impossible to buy. Anyone have a pair lying around that you're willing to part with?

Did you ever resolve your issue. I too have found no spacer in my strut assembly when I took it apart. Curious what you did to move forward with re-assemby given that the spacers appear to no longer be available.

You really need them or the loads will probably smash the top bearing - ask me how I know....

You can make them from steel tubing. Go over to 924board.org and do a search. . .this was discussed a while back.

I ended up picking up a bunch of stainless washers, ID to fit the strut shaft, and used as many as I could fit in while still allowing the main shaft nut to engage all threads. Might have used 3 washers, which was less height than the OE part but enough to prevent contact and allow proper operation.
