Idle Control Valve help

i see a icv for a pre 1987 944 cost almost $200 and one 1987 and later goes for about $50....my question is would a late model icv fit on my 1985.5 944??

I have a good used one removed from a 1983 944 available if you are interested.

Hi, If you are having problems, the link below will tell and show you how to test the ICV. Give it a good cleaning and a lite spray of WD-40 for lube.
