Ight, Cause I know bigger/Smaller/Better Flow/etc. What not would cause differences/Different Metals/Etc.

I'm going to be the first of many to suggest you sell your 83 and buy an S, S2, or 951 head complete with the rest of the car. You honestly can't do anything to an 83 short of an engine swap that will get you anywhere near any of the aforementioned 944 variants. It's just a fact of 944 ownership.

If you're looking for speed.. suspension, which will be expensive but not as much as major engine work. If you want to go fast in a straight line, buy a 951 lol

You can always have it flowed. The turbo and the 16 valvers are much faster and there really isn't anything short of forced induction to get that much more power. But flowing will give you some more power at high rpm.
