pilican discount code...still being sent out after orders?
 

So I'm hoping I'll get an email with a discount code as there are more stuff I want. However, it's been about 2 weeks since my last order and I haven't received anything in the email.

Does Pelican still do this or have they stopped for a while now?

I get one but its always when I'm poor.......

I usually-not always, get one after every purchase.

Replying to the automatic purchase survey may improve getting the next discount.

Pelican is slowly becoming the Walmart of Porsche parts, so don't expect much of anything in the future. I have been getting the discount codes, but they're the worthless ones like: spend $250 on Volvo parts, and get 2% off you next Saab left caliper purchas.

I don't remember ever receiving a discount code, possibly a few years ago if I ever did. Usually get something like order a certain amount and get a magnet set, keychain, or a coffe mug, but received this offer due to an earlier purchase. I received 3 brand new Porsches one time! I believe I received them because they were out of stock of a part, or I could have used a free item code kinda deal. I forget. It's the only thing I've got like that before from Pelican, along with the stickers (have a ton) that I do love. Olskool ones with the black outlining;)

I wonder why the stickers only show half a car. It looks like they did a half-assed job of printing them. I love using them however. Always good customer support and prices.

I just checked my email, haven't had a code since end of 2012.

I'm kinda waiting for one for some stuff I have in my cart...

My last code was received 1 December 2012 of $10 off of 50$ or more. Before that was sept 28 2012, order $25 or more and get a Porsche magnet set ( which they were of of stock so they sent me the little cars)

I can't believe that I don't need anything (urgently) at this time! She's running great and has become my daily driver. I still need my driver's seat re-upholstered or find a good Porsche-script seat... Oh yeah, I still want to replace my passenger side CV axle since I swapped out the driver's side a few months ago. And there's the rear deck pad that goes under the carpeting that's pretty chopped up... And I would like to have the cookie-cutters refurbished... And she definitely needs a respray and a few hailstorm dings removed. I guess there's more work to do, too bad PP can't address these items...

Just used a $20 off a $150 and over order, on a Seine Systems Gate Shift Kit, 911 (1973-86) @ $148.65. Bough $1.50 worth of washers to trigger the discount :D:):D

Maybe it will get installed, along the short shift kit that I also got with a discount 3 years ago, some time next year :rolleyes::D:rolleyes:
