Upgrading headlights

I'm looking to get a white light with just a little blue tint to it. Not looking for the blue HID kits. Looking to make it a little more modern feeling.

What bulb/kit should I get?

Interesting I would think you have something wrong with your headlight wiring loom and resistors. Get that looked at before your car bursts into flames.
