Turn Signal & Brake

I have a demon that I cannot seem to exercise out of my car. Whenever I hit the brake, hazards, or right turn signal my right rear signal and brake operate together. Think it was a simple issue I ripped apart the rear and inspected the wiring, it appears sound. I unhooked my left light and plug it to the right just to see and the same thing happened. I followed the wiring all the way to the dash and it all is appears to be bundled securely in the stock harness.

Also, I replaced the turn signal stock thinking it might have been a issue within the device. I was just wondering if anyone has had similar issues?
