I tried 18" wheels just like those on my '87 944 NA and had fender lip rubbing problems. Sold them and bought a set of 17" Cayman wheels (2006 basic) and still had a slight rub. Used TireRack research tools to find tires with slightly narrower (1/8") tread and the problem disappeared.

These look great. I wonder how good the rears will wear with that camber issue from lowering the car.

Some people try to turn back their "odometers." Not me. I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.

There is something really odd looking about that car, can't quite figure it out. It's a Euro S2 with a Euro lower rear panel instead of the stock rear diffuser, funny mirrors, aftermarket rocker panels instead of S2 rocker extenders, but what else?

Does it have an earlier na light center panel with S2 light pods? That would account for the weird gaps at the front. There is definitely something odd with the S2 front end and there's about a 1" gap on both sides at the bottom of the LH door yet the rest of the door looks ok. Optical illusion?

Nice looking wheels though, 1in too big for my liking but each to their own.

I've got used to seeing panel gaps on our cars, especially with aftermarket body parts included. Assume that colour has been photoshopped a little...or is it a semi flat satin? Quite like the colour itself. Don't mind the 935 mirrors actually although for a street car they'd have a pretty small effect.

The front may be an aftermarket fibreglass replica bolted onto a standard '44....the door strips have also been removed which changes the lines considerably.

Porsche panel gaps are things of legend!

Where's the tires? Not those, the ones on the car Too much rim and rubber band tire for this old guy's taste.

What is kind of sticking out is the concave wheels. Most people run a dish type. I run 18's but they don't appear to project as much as those 19's due to the concavity... more subtle I guess.

The car looks like it was plasti-dipped or wrapped.
