9/22 NoVa Fun Run Reminder

Just wanted to post a reminder that on 9/22 we will be having the 2nd NoVa Fun Run and any local VA/MD/DC/WVA Pelicanheads are welcome to join us for some fun.

For those that missed the 1st NoVa Fun Run back in June we had 8 911's turn out for a 2 hour drive through the VA countryside.

For this run I have planned a 3 to 4 hour drive through VA, MD and WVA which will include some two lane highways, single country lanes and of course twisties up & down the mountain. We will start just outside Herndon, make a stop about half-way to stretch our legs and then return to the meeting location.

Afterwards anyone that wants to is welcome to come back to my place (in Herndon) and hang out on the deck swapping P-cars stories for awhile.

Meeting time will be between 7:00 and 7:30 am on Sunday, 9/22 and we will hit the road at 7:30 am sharp.

If you are able to make it please e-mail me at dedelbach@aol.com and I will include you on the distribution e-mail with meeting location and route directions.

I will be posting this reminder on the other Pelican BBS as well so hopefully we will have a good mix of P-car's joining us for some fun.

NOTE: I will only be checking this thread on the 911 Board so if anyone wants to reply or ask a question please only do so on the 911 Board.
