WANTED: 924 turbo engine builder
 

I have a 1981 924 turbo. Many years ago the timing belt failed and 4 exhaust valves were bent. Head was pulled & disassembled with parts stored in the back under the hatch. The block & reciprocating assembly are still installed. I know these cars are worth much, but I would like to find someone to rebuild and improve this engine.

Who has experience building these motors ?

Where are you? More importantly, where's the engine and how far are you willing to ship it?

I need my 924 turbo engine rebuilt. Me, the car, and the engine are located in Kansas City, KS.

I know an east coast guy that I've used before for a 924 turbo. Knows his stuff. But unless you were building an investment grade motor, it probably wouldn't be worth it to ship the motor to him and back. Don't want to waste your time or his. Your call though. has a megasquirt ecu. 42lb injectors.36-1 triger wheel

fires up but i have no clue how to tune it.
