The blue looks cool, but I can't say that the wing looks very tasteful.

All in all, it looks like you have a pretty well-kept little 44 there.

Not that my opinion matters, but:

Nice color.

I love the 924-euro rear valence, but I am not fond of the rear wing: a bit on the rice side for me...

All in all: very nice car.

If you like the wing then, by all means, keep it. If I were you I would spend $50.00 and buy one off of eBay and replace that rear rudder of yours. All in all, very nice.

well.. the wing was kinda on there when i got it.. and personally i dont know what kinda wing it is and i dont know where my previous owner got it from.. but i dont think it was made for porsche.. i think it was suppose to fit a honda or some other jap car that just happen to fit on 944.. all in all it looks nice and diffrent from other 944.. so.. i think i'll keep it.. kinda stands out i guess.. lot of people dont like it but.. oh well.. i dont really like the ugly rubber ones all that much either so..
p.s. im asian so i think i can be little ricey and get a way i mean.. i did had butt load of rice in my life..

I seen that one in the autotrader, I thought about looking at it but the wing scared me off. From what I read the guy went thru some work painting so I didn't want to mess with it.

Looks good.

Was that the one he had to see in a hurry because insurance was running out? You got a good deal.

I paid 6500 for mine. There aren't many here in Saskatchewan. If I would have brought one from across the border I probabaly would have to soak a 1000 just to pass inspection.

So I bought one locally. New paint and passed a Buyer's check with a couple issues.

Now THAT is blue!!!!!!

For an after market wing that's not half bad. Need a trim strip across the back of the hatch trim to block off the latches though. The 968 has a very narrow piece across it.

What's up with the door speakers.

I would be concerned that the spark plug wires are not making good contact if the weather boots are glued in like that. While there is supposed to be a crimped end on the wires that screws into the spark plug connector you could strip back the wire fold it in half and stuff it into the threaded part of the connector to get by. I've done it. Better to know you had to shade tree it than to suffer a previous owners hack.

Cool color, nice price, good sense of humor. I like the unique-ness of it. I have a rare "Summer yellow" 87. The yellow is bit pale and chalky, but I like that it is an uncommon color. It is a factory color though.

I think it sort of spoils the lines of the car a bit.........but........whatever floats yer boat..........!

The side strips, door bumpers, come in the stock colors. As yours is not a stock color no door strips. These might be paintable though.

From my experiance these don't work very well as nobody told the other car makers to set their doors to this height. Or to only open the other car's door where the strips are.

The Body Side Molding was an option from the factory. I'd guess about 3/4 of the cars came with it. Mine doesn't have it either. Your car might have come with it, but it could have been taken off while painting. You could check your option codes I think to figure out if your car originally came with the BSM.
