forum suggestion: more informative titles

I suggest that it will improve the user experience here if, when writing a posting, titles are made to be slightly more informative than bare minimum, but not more so.

I don't want to name names, so here's some examples of titles that are NOT informative:

"oil pressure sender"
"CV axle"
"noise"

here are titles that I think work OK:

"oil pressure sender: bad ground?"
"CV axle - broke tranny?!?"
"periodic noise from rear - "

... clearly, I think most postings have good titles - however, sometimes a post can get a lot of bumping. I think if titles meet the general criteria above, users will more easily parse the threads, and also search results will be more precise.
