944 S2 Sticky shifting

1990 S2 - Been driving this car for 4 yrs... noticed the shifting is not very fluid now, and if shifting at a higher RPM it is often hard to shift pull out of that gear.

Could it be Low on fluid?
Need Fluid change?
Something wore out?

Thanks in advance... always great help here.

Also.. If I do a fluid change, figured Id use Mobil one 80W90.. any cons?

Oh boy, a lubricant fight!

Redline MT90, hands down.

Does it go into gear easily, and only fights you coming out? Are you depressing the clutch pedal firmly to the floor?

I dont know if Im pressing the clutch to the floor... I think Im shifting like I have for the past 4 yrs... lol... maybe Im getting lazy... but to answer your question, Its sticking coming out of the gear... and then if Im wanting to use 2nd gear coming into a turn so as to corner quickly, I cannot shift till it slows down enough to allow it to downshift.
As result, Im shifting much more quickly all the time not allowing me to wind it up into a higher RPM... thus, I end up lugging more than I want.
Where can I get the Redline MT90... buy it off the net?
Thanks Rasta
