Changing wheel on 968, need advise
I just got 968 Cab and thinking to change the wheel. I have two options.
1) Cup I wheel 17" 2) Speedline 3pcs 18" So my question is what would be the best fitment ET for both size of wheel above without using spacer on the car. For speedlines 3pcs, I have seen many different set available on Ebay. I am thinking between 18x8 ET52 with 18x10 ET61 and 18x8 ET52 with 18x9.5 ET47 Do you think which set is perfect for the car? Any comment would be really appreciated Thanks |

The factory 968 turbo used a 8x18 and 10x18 speedline wheel. Both wheels will look great on the car but a set of real speedlines will cost you $4K easy as they are super rare. The Cup1 17"s will be about $1k.

Go for the 18x10" ET61. You'll be able to use a 285mm rear tyre. The 18x9.5"'ET47 will limit you to a 255mm tyre due to fender rubbing.
