Cigarette Lighter Splitter

I need to use a Splitter in the cigarette Lighter (radar detecter and USB to charge phone) but every one I have found falls out and unplugs, does any one have any ideas other than using Tape around it to make it fit tighter?

I was pi....off with that effect
and built a USB outlet into the lower right side of the lower part of the dashboard.
It is nearly invisible!
Electrically it is connected with the light of the glove compartment.

Inexpensive and works great. Plug stays in. Sits in the pocket under the radio:

Don't know about your car, but my 83 had an oversized cigarette lighter in it. 30 years ago, the only thing that plugged into the cigarette lighter was the lighter, and porsche didn't use the "standard" size. I replaced the whole assembly with one from autozone or walmart or somewhere like that. Mine just unscrewed out and I put the replacement in, and no more falling out cords. I also ran a second 12 volt outlet, since nowadays you can't have to many.
