AC recharge

I want to recharge my AC in the 924S... What pressure is desired? Any special tricks I should know to get the job done correctly?? Thanks for any responses.

Why are you recharging it? Did you have to discharged the system for some reason? Or are you just adding some freon? Big difference in the procedure depending on what you are doing. If it is adding some freon due to small leaks, add until the sight glass runs clear. If your system has no feon in it, you will need to vacuum the system first.

I don't know, is it converted to r-134 or r-12?

I do know if your system hasn't been charged up then you would do well to install a new receiver dryer because the desiccant in the old one will have absorbed the humidity in the air.

They are super cheap for these cars & easy to access.

Do you have the correct tools or do you plan to go to Walmart and buy a hose/can combination?
If you are completely freon empty, it is a waste of money to try to recharge without finding the leak.
